Wiliam Geimer, retired trial lawyer, law professor and legal advisor to Elizabeth May, will speak on the international law of self-defence and Israel’s perversion of it.
Adrian Fine, retired medical specialist and member of Independent Jewish Voices, will describe the difficulties of challenging widespread anti-Palestinian tribalism.
Michael Carpenter, post-doctoral fellow at the University of Victoria, will speak to life under occupation, Palestinian civil resistance, and Canada’s misguided response.
Panel moderated by Eva Manly, former producer of Pressure Point on Cable TV, and participant on the 2016 Women’s Boat to Gaza.
